Development and responsibility
RocketBPM is a product of MKBurg Process Experiences GmbH, based in Hamburg, Germany. MKBurg Process Experiences GmbH holds the rights to use, further develop and commercialize RocketBPM. The collaboration with Beta Soft Technology combines extensive BPM experience with professional software development.
Methodology and product direction
At MKBurg, Mirko Kloppenburg leads RocketBPM's methodological approach and product direction. His extensive BPM experience and the human-centric New Process approach provide the foundation.
Technical development
Beta Soft Technology (BST) supports the technical implementation of RocketBPM as a contracted development partner. The team contributes its software engineering expertise to building and evolving the product.

RocketBPM runs on infrastructure in Berlin, Germany, within the European Union.

RocketBPM is developed with GDPR-related requirements and the expectations of European organizations in mind. Data protection is treated as a firm foundation of the product, not as an add-on. The privacy policy describes how personal data is processed.

- with two-factor authentication, which can be enabled in addition to protect your processes further

Protected Process Worlds
Access to each Process World is limited to explicitly authorized users. Role-based access helps keep process data available only to the people who are meant to see and work with it.

Responsible operations
Security, backups, access and operational processes are treated as part of the product foundation. RocketBPM is operated as a service, so your team does not have to run infrastructure itself.
